Job Description

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:



Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Screening & Interviewing:



Conduct initial screening of candidates through phone and video interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates skills, experience, and culture fit.

Candidate Experience & Offer Management:



Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates. Manage background checks and pre-employment verifications.

Pay: ?10,541.45 - ?19,486.46 per month

Work Location: In person
