Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent for client organizations. This includes managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement, while building strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and skill assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to job offer.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and terms between candidates and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1+ years in recruiting, preferably in staffing.
• Skills: Proficiency , job boards, and strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
