Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at First Connect Worldwide LLC (INDIA) in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring processes, conducting interviews, and effective communication with candidates.
Qualifications
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Strong Communication and Interviewing abilities
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Knowledge of best practices in hiring and talent assessment
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certifications in Recruitment or HR would be a plus
Shift Timing : 12:00 PM to 9:00PM
Working days : 6 days / Tuesday to Sunday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
