Role Overview :
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various roles across the organization, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
• Recruitment & Sourcing :
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Job Posting & Advertising :
• Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and company website.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination :
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates about the interview process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on candidate selection.
• Candidate Engagement :
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage expectations.
• Hiring Process Management :
• Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and reference checks.
• Ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
• Employer Branding :
• Promote the organization's culture and values during candidate interactions.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company's presence.
• Data Management & Reporting :
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, applicant conversion rates).
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers :
• Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
• Assist with creating job descriptions and identifying ideal candidate profiles.
• Compliance & Legal :
• Ensure the recruitment process complies with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical recruitment practices.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience :
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1-3 years).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualification:
• MBA HR or Relevant qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience
