Time: 11:30 Am to 3:30 Pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience into Domestic IT Recruitment.
Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with a strong focus on domestic hiring.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for technology-based roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
