As part of our People Excellence team, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing, screening, and hiring of top technical talent for IT roles. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements, managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technology and the recruitment lifecycle, with the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.







### Requirements


Roles and Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future job openings and define the technical and skill requirements for each position.




o Develop and post job descriptions, selection criteria, and interview questions on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.




o Source and screen candidates by reviewing CVs, portfolios, and references, ensuring alignment with job requirements.




o Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephone, video, or in-person), assessing candidates through various interview techniques.




o Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and strengthen employer branding.




o Perform background and reference checks, ensuring the integrity and suitability of shortlisted candidates.




o Present the most qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with the interview and selection process.




o Manage candidate communications, keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process and maintaining thorough recruitment records.




o Offer job positions, complete necessary paperwork, and assist in the onboarding process for successful candidates.




o Plan and implement recruitment strategies, including forecasting recruitment budgets and keeping up with industry trends to improve talent acquisition efforts.
