Job Description
:
Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle of Manufacturing and Retail profiles - Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying and Short-listing candidates as per the requirements.
Jobs and requirements updates on variety of sources -Job Portals, database, Employee references, Track and identify prospective candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements - Description, salary, expectations etc.
Record keeping of hiring and candidates.
. Preparation of offer letter, joining confirmation.
Qualification:- MBA in HR
Experience:- 02-04yrs.
