We are looking for a dynamic recruitment professional for iServeU, the fastest-growing Financial Inclusion Platform who has experience in executive/leadership hiring and good knowledge of end-to-end Recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: o Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs. o Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and professional associations to attract potential candidates. o Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. o Coordinating and managing the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates o Working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. o Enhancing the organization's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and opportunities through various platforms to attract top talent. o Tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing data related to hiring processes, and preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. o Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome, to maintain a positive image of the organization. o Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process. Requirements - Proven work experience in talent acquisition/ recruitment. - Should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Expert in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. - Negotiation skills - Organized, hardworking and efficient in time management - Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent - Should be a good team player and take ownership. - Good interpersonal and team coordination skills - Must be proactive & self-driven.
