As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Hunger Inc., you will be an integral part of managing our company\xe2\x80\x99s entire recruitment cycle, and assist in daily operations and other functions of the HR department as required. You will scan and screen candidates for all our roles, and coordinate internally to schedule the interview rounds. You will have a working knowledge of all our brands and teams and will ensure all candidates who apply with us have a great candidate experience.
Our head office is in Lalbaug and this role will work on-site, with weekly travel to the Hunger Inc outlets based on the hiring needs.
Our flagship restaurant, The Bombay Canteen showcases the wealth of India\xe2\x80\x99s cuisine by recreating local, seasonal dishes and reinterpreting age-old Indian culinary traditions in a frequently changing menu. Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across brands and meet hiring goals
Be responsible for the entire recruitment process with minimal supervision
Apply effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Use job platforms, agencies, recruitment groups, etc. effectively to source candidates for our growing brands
Perform reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates
Compile, negotiate, and send offer letters to selected candidates
Coordinate and be responsible for the new joiner onboarding process (this includes onboarding coordination, documentation, making appointment letters, and other onboarding formalities).
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry
Fluent communication and influencing skills in English & Hindi
Professional attitude, strong screening, and interviewing skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
Working knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc
