We are looking for an HR Executive to assist our company\xe2\x80\x99s recruiting, and employee performance programs. Requirements and skills

Proven work experience of 1 Year as an HR Executive or similar role in an IT Industry.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
