Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing & Strategy :
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through online platforms, job fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Process Management :
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Candidate Experience :
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?350,000.00 per year
