Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience : 1-3 Year
Job Location : Balewadi (Pune)
Shift Time : 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
•Industry : Animation/Media
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Talent mapping
• Collect the requirement from business leaders/Managers
• Job description validation.
• Sourcing candidates & Posting the requirement on job portals. (Linkedin, Indeed, hirist, etc.)
• Screening & Calling, Conducting initial HR round of interview.
• Scheduling Technical round of interviews with managers.
• Sharing Test as per the feedbacks
• Taking follow-ups and passing the proceeding information to managers.
• Salary negotiation.
• Joining Follow-up.
• Joining, documentation & HR Induction.
• Preparing various HR reports & maintain database.
Joining : Immediate/15 days
•Work From Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
