Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
