SLBS Marklance is an edutech institute specializing in logistics, warehouse management, and oil & gas courses. We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and contribute to our growth by sourcing and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
• Maintain a talent pool and build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct pre-employment checks, such as background verification and reference checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and provide regular reports to management.
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture and values.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
