We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our organizational needs. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting job interviews and assessments.
- Managing job postings on Indeed ,LinkedIn and various platforms.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
- Utilizing social media and professional networks for talent sourcing.
- Assisting in onboarding processes and maintaining candidate databases.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good idea to post in Indeed, LinkedIn a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
