Anadrone Systems Private Limited is an Indian based Defence manufacturing MSME that is dedicated to providing indigenous solutions in the realm of Aerial Targeting and modern day Unmanned Vehicle systems requirements for Indian Defence Weapon systems. At our manufacturing facility in Odisha, we manufacture state-of-the-art high Subsonic manoeuvrable and expendable Aerial Targets. In addition, we provide services of Aerial Targets and Customer Support to our clients.

Experience Required : 1-2 Years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an Engineering or Drone Industry

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in recruiting for engineering roles. Experience within the drone or aerospace industry will be a significant advantage. This role will play a crucial part in sourcing and hiring top talent to support our technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout

- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various engineering and technical roles, particularly in the drone and aerospace industry

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate specifications, tailoring strategies to meet their needs

- Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks, to proactively identify and engage potential candidates

- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders, providing support to both candidates and interviewers

- Assist with creating job descriptions and advertisements that effectively attract qualified candidates

- Maintain and update recruitment data and metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for engineering or technical roles

- Prior experience in the drone, aerospace, or defense industry is a strong advantage

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging approach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
