Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top candidates for non-technical roles within an organization.

Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial screening to offer stage.

Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person rounds.

Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

Maintain employee records, including hard and digital copies

Manage the administrative process for interviews, meetings, HR events, and campaigns.

Assist with internal and external human resource inquiries from employees.

Required Skills and Experience:



1+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment or talent acquisition.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
