Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
Managing job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal portals.
- Talent Strategy:
Building strong talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Candidate Experience:
Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding:
Actively contributing to Dezy's employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Data Management:
Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and generating reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
