If you are highly energetic and love working with people this may be the role for you.Responsibilities:- Core goal is to hire the best fitting candidates for each open role- Focus on improving the interview to hire ratio- Do all task required to hire: creating jd/ listing/ screening/ scheduling/ etc- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs- Think about creating strategic hiring pipelines and trackers- Explore implementing new tech in the hiring process
- Will be eventually responsible for moving from Talent Acquisition and handling HR Functions as well.Requirement:- 1-2 years of experience with recruitment
- Work from Office In Bangalore- Strong bias to action and problem solving- Proven ability to deliver projects on a timely basis- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Sharp eye for finding the right talent that meets company culture
- Wants to learn and grow from Talent Acquisition to the other functions of HR.
