Position Overview: Learning Routes Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company\'s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting , target achievement and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews (both phone and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the company. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
