We are seeking a motivated and dynamic TA Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that we attract and hire the best professionals to join our growing innovative team.
Roles & responsibilities :
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels (job portals, social media and referrals).
• Craft compelling job postings that accurately reflect the technical requirements and company culture.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to on boarding.
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and progress for management review.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualification :
• MBA
• M.Tech/M.E
• MCA
• BBA
• BCA
• BSc(IT) / MSc (IT)
• BCOM / MCOM
Skill :
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, times job job boards).
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
