Location : Ahmedabad

Experience: 3-4 years

Qualification : MBA

Job responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the manufacturing sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
