Profile: Talent Acquisition Executive_IT (Male & Female)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1year to 2years
Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (6days working)
Industry: Cyber Security Services
Salary: 1.5 LPA to 2.4 LPA

We are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source qualified candidates, and guide them through the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with Managers.
• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and presenting candidate offers.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitasking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
