• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and company websites.
• Utilize networking events, job fairs, and industry contacts to find potential candidates.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Perform reference checks and background verifications.
• Facilitate the offer acceptance process and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
