Understand hiring needs by working closely with department heads and team leads
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and interviewers
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups during selection and offer stages
Roll out offer letters, manage pre-joining formalities, and support onboarding
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives
Required Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS systems
Ability to manage multiple open positions with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and recruitment platforms
Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in EdTech/startups/academia
