:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR activities. This is a full-time in-office position with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
• Source candidates from job portals, social media, and other channels
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and shortlisting candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth induction process
• Handle employee queries and assist in HR-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain HR reports and ensure recruitment targets are met (5-6 per month)
Key Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to recruit and screen candidates effectively
• Experience or internship in HR functions (preferable but not mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Must be based in or around New Delhi and available to work from the office
