Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

Role & responsibilities:

• Using various Job portals & social media for recruitment.
• Establishes relationships with vendors to meet the needs of the staffing plan.
• Schedule interviews and perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Answering questions candidly and honestly.
• Returning phone calls and emails promptly.
• Establish Candidate Relationship.
• Interview Follow Ups.
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
