Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences. - Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on candidate status and progress. - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment tools and technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
