About Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent for various positions within our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.



Responsibilities:



Recruiting :


• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions.
• Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.


Candidate Experience:


• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a smooth recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.


Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:


• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress


Employer Branding:


• Assist in promoting the company's employer brand through various channels.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.


Reporting:


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies.


Requirement:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
• Must be good hands on experience in MS-Excel.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)/ Recruitment Tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
