Creating talent pools for various areas within in the firm to reduce the time to source
Ability to create insights from the data we gather and develop effective sourcing strategies
Work on sourcing candidates using various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri etc. to and improve inhouse sourcing effective
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
Engage potential applicants through our recruitment process and ensure best in class experience
Proactive communication with potential hires and help resolve any queries and questions.
Support the team in maintaining/updating the candidate database and relevant trackers
Skills and activities
Strong organisation mapping skills.
Analytical mindset to bring in deep insights.
Good at presentations, Hands-on Experience in MS Excel
Extensive experience in sourcing channels like Naukri.com and LinkedIn recruiter.
Deep understanding of sourcing techniques like Boolean search, X-ray search, operators/modifiers, referencing etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills including attention to detail.
Professional in appearance.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize.
Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment.
Strong planning/organization skill
