Your mission? To find theperfect fit for our various projects and help us grow our incredible team.Talent acquisition Executive Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting video and in-person interviews with potential candidates

Building strong relationships with candidates and providing them with a fantasticexperience

• Collaborating with project managers to understand their hiring needs

Utilizing your expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) tools to streamline the recruitment process

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices

• Contributing to a positive and vibrant work environment with your fellow young colleagues

RequirementsWhat we\'re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Natural ability to engage with people and build rapport

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field

• Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools (we\'ll provide training if needed!)

• Bachelor\'s degree, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fluency in English (bonus points for additional language skills!)
