Job Purpose
This position shall support the Lucy Group businesses in India in fulfilling its Talent requirements. There will be a requirement to create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Job Context
This role will work closely with the business line managers to provide specialist support and will report directly to HR Business Partner in India.
Job Dimensions
Based at LEMT, the incumbent will be part of HR Shared Services team and will support the HRBP in fulfilling the Talent requirement of Lucy Group sites in India.
Key Accountabilitie
These will include:
Understanding the manpower requirements and prepare a pipeline of potential candidates to ensure Talent requirements of LE sites in India are met on time.
Partnering with hiring managers and leadership to understand business objectives, provide full cycle recruitment subject matter expertise and advice on talent acquisition best practices.
ATR Process IS Hub - Lead on process adherence with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Monitor ATR`s that have been placed on the system for quality.
Ensure that headcount does not exceed budget. Analyse data from the workforce planning tool, recruitment data and attrition numbers to predict future resourcing requirements.
Be an SME, trusted advisor, and coach to senior business leaders on hiring best practices and the market Manage candidates (passive and active) thoughtfully and at pace, to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
Source candidates creatively for a variety of hard to fill positions and build active talent pools for recurring roles Assess candidates, ensure the hiring process is qualitative and that hiring managers are taking well informed decisions.
Must have the ability to understand technology and stay abreast of industry trends and standards within the tech industry while actively nurturing a network of top technical Talent Performs other related duties as assigned.
Conduct comprehensive screening and evaluation processes, including resume reviews, technical assessments, and interviews, to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with specific project requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, assessments, and progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Utilize recruitment media, job fairs, and e-recruiting tools as required to attract qualified candidates and identifying different sources to find relevant pool to meet business requirement and help expedite the hiring process.
Establish a strong collaborative mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
3-7 years in Talent Acquisition preferably in an Engineering company. A college degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Previous experience of handling IT, Automation and Engineering roles is must.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Proficiency in MS-Office Has hands on experience in handling communication channels like MS Teams, Zoom etc.
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
