As a Recruitment coordinator within the General Mills HR team, you play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process within an organization. The primary responsibility is to facilitate the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment activities.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruiting activities for multiple business units and functions. This includes verbal and written communications with candidates, recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage the pre-employment contingency process.
  • Track and report critical candidate flow information using a web-based applicant tracking tool, and other emerging and company supported software programs.
  • Arrange logistical details for interviews, such as room reservations, video conferencing, and travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and instructions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience leading up to and during the interview day.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment-related reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Inter-departmental teams on projects and additional tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a high paced, detail-oriented setting
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capacity and sense of pro-activeness and ability complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong service orientation and desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of GMI management and a broad array of candidates, customers, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and ability to handle highly confidential information and topics appropriately.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience with iCIMS, Workday or other HR/Recruiting specific software.
