About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Intern

to join our team. This internship is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and interview panels. Follow up on interview feedback, candidate documentation, and status updates. Support sourcing efforts and help maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in managing job postings across platforms and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare recruitment-related reports and assist in employer branding activities. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities. Good command of MS Excel; experience with data entry or reporting is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about talent acquisition. * Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
