Job Description


:

TA coordinator is primarily responsible in supporting the recruitments and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Support the business on talent acquisition planning agree and deliver annual sourcing and deliver the budgeted talent acquisition plans for roles within assigned business areas. Ensures adherence to applicable WSP policies and procedures. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing

  • Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the requirement.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates for recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Utilize various sources for recruitment.
  • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
  • Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
  • Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Selection
  • Develop effective pre-screening questions to maximize process efficiency, short listing CVs against the requirements
  • Efficient end to end applicant management for each Job Requirement i.e. timely review and short listing of applications, promptly updating applicants and responding to any queries
  • Conduct preliminary and strengths based interviews, as required, assessing candidates to ensure cultural fit, long term potential, and technical fit for roles
  • Advise hiring managers on the selection approaches
  • Updating the recruitment trackers and keeping managers informed
Coordinate and Implement Graduate Recruiting Initiatives
  • Coordinate graduate recruiting initiatives.
  • Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
Administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the recruitment database
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.
  • Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires

  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process
  • Leverage candidate tracking systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process.
  • Manage recruitment data base for referrals, ageing, TAT recruitment agencies payment, job portals, etc.
  • Be accountable for the verification of the accuracy and integrity of financial records, timelines ensuring adherence to WSP policies.
