We are looking for a Consultants/executive/recruiters to join our team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.
Talent Acquisition Consultant responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, for IT Recruiter
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non-IT positions.
  • Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
  • Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
  • Review and understand technical job requirements.
  • Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
  • Should have go getter attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Qualification: Graduate/PG
  • Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Fair knowledge of technology.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
  • Self-confidence and self-starter.
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Strong zeal to make a career in staffing industry
