Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant I, Language Services, you will recruit to fill a broad range of positions. The Consultant will work closely with management to develop recruitment strategies by assessing the local market for designated positions and identifying recruitment trends and market changes.

• Approx 4 month contract

Job Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong rapport with internal departments and hiring managers.
• Develops and maintains diverse applicant pools.
• Follow-ups with applicants regarding their applicant status.
• Posts\' job requisitions.
• Screens applicants and conducts phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements.
• Addresses compensation issues related to hiring.

• Strong collaboration, customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, applicant tracking systems, and Internet sourcing techniques
• Strong negotiation skills

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience

• Associate\'s Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience

Additional Experience

• Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency or corporate environment
• Experience maintaining confidential and critical information
• Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision makers
• Experience with sourcing and negotiating

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate $19.00 - $22.50 Hourly
