- Have to build a data base of recruiters PAN India.
- Parallel find the business opportunity for these profiles within the industry.
- Plan for deputing the recruiters at clients place.
- Expertise in handling end to end process of identifying, sourcing and deputing.
- Should be a good marketer in finding the business opportunity available in the industry.
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
