This role will be pivotal in driving our hiring strategy, ensuring a balanced and effective sourcing mix, and reducing time-to-fill metrics in alignment with our company goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building multiple product teams, fostering strong partnerships, and contributing to process enablement projects. A key focus will be on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in our hiring practices.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in line with company objectives.
  • Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Focus on reducing time-to-fill metrics while maintaining high-quality hires.
Partnership and Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team\'s needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Process Enablement:
  • Participate in and lead recruitment process improvement projects.
  • Implement best practices and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication and Representation:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions, both internal and external.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, effectively communicating our values and culture to prospective candidates.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):
  • Drive DE&I initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Partner with internal DE&I teams to align recruitment practices with the company\'s DE&I goals.
Talent Acquisition Partner & Advisor:
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner and advisor, offering expert guidance on recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.
QualificationsQualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the product development or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling product teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to drive improvements in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for DE&I and experience implementing DE&I recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
