Joining Kwalee means becoming part of a team that has reached over 1 billion players around the globe.As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Bangalore office.As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you\'ll be providing an amazing candidate journey at every step including reviewing applications and finding candidates through various sources, being involved in interviews and guiding candidates through our recruitment process and partnering with the hiring managers. You will work closely with all the will report to our Talent Acquisition Team Manager. Together you will create a positive and memorable journey for candidates. \ Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing the job description, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles, anticipating future hiring needs and proactively engaging with potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely communication and personalized support.
• Maintain a strong networking presence within the industry and with universities to help attract candidates.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner working for the India/UK/Europe market.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and understanding of job boards.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Based in our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
