The Role: Talent Acquisition/ Resource Executive.:
- Review job descriptions
- Search for the ideal resume on job portals
- Communicate with potential candidates and their employers.
- Assess their fit from an administrative perspective (visa status, location, then qualification, experience, rates, and other relevant aspects)
- Gather, resumes, ids, certifications, and relevant information as required for the position in the submission format.
- Submit suitable candidates to the managers.
- Keep track of information received and forwarded internally.
- Organize meetings for potential candidates with vendor manager.
- You will have initial shortlisting conversations with sales for potential candidates.
- Submit and participate in interviews.
- Good communication skill (both spoken and written)
- MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Great interactive skills over the phone
