Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Indore
Experience: Fresher or up to 6 months in staff augmentation & hiring contractual developers for clients
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for IT contract roles, especially developers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff augmentation needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
• Use job portals, social media, and other tools to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs.
Required Qualifications:
• MBA/BBA in HR or any other technical degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
