Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition to build a foundation for a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, Candidate Sourcing: o Research, figure out and utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.

• Assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Screening and Interviewing: o Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.

• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other personal from the interview panel.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our in-house ATS. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms. Handle logistics for interviews and communication with candidates.

Candidate Communication: o Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Collaboration: o Work closely with the senior HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
