Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Communication : Engage with candidates daily, providing updates and guidance while effectively marketing their profiles to various clients.

Lead Generation : Proactively generate leads through cold calling and email outreach, contributing to our
talent pool and client base.

Client Development : Identify and develop new clients, understanding their recruitment needs and tailoring our services to meet those requirements.

Process Documentation : Accurately document every step of the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and consistency.

Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ambitious and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Positive attitude and ability to quickly learn new skills.
Willingness to work night shifts (USA work hours).
