About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Admin professional to join our team. This role combines recruiting top talent and handling administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, to support seamless operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building a thriving workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical positions and recruiting needs.
• Drive innovative sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a network of candidates.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process for key roles in our organization, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and extraordinarily positive candidate experience.
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers every step of the way (bias mitigation, candidate experience, calibration).
• Utilize data and your own knowledge to identify inefficiencies and improve your processes and pipelines.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and proactive talent searches.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
Administrative Support:
• Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
• Provide support for employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related matters.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to support the team and business operations.
Requirement and Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, administrative roles, or bookkeeping.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter, achievement-oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail.
• Talent acquisition experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
• Build strong candidate database through job portals, social media and networking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
