We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of leads and existing customers.
• Deliver clear and concise presentations of our products or services, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Actively listen to customer needs and objections, addressing them with relevant information and persuasive arguments.
• Qualify leads and assess customer interest and purchase potential.
• Secure appointments for sales representatives or close sales directly over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Participate in sales training and development programs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred).
• Target and exceed monthly sales quotas.
