Job Description
: Telecaller Position: Telecaller Department: Sales/Customer Service/Marketing (based on the role) Reports to: Team Leader/Supervisor Overview A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers or prospects to generate sales, provide information, or resolve customer inquiries. The role requires effective communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric attitude. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services or follow up on inquiries. Answer incoming calls to address customer questions, resolve issues, or provide information. 2. Sales and Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
