Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Men's Tailor Master who is well-versed in both traditional and modern tailoring techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of garment construction, fitting, and design, with a strong focus on precision and craftsmanship. The Men's Tailor Master will play a pivotal role in creating bespoke garments for our clients, ensuring the highest level of quality, fit, and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bespoke Tailoring: Create, alter, and finish custom-made suits, trousers, jackets, shirts, and other men's apparel according to customer specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Fittings and Consultations: Conduct detailed fittings with clients, provide expert advice on fabric, style, and fit, and make recommendations to ensure a perfect and comfortable garment.
• Pattern Making and Drafting: Create and modify patterns, ensuring precision and accuracy in all alterations and new designs.
• Fabric Selection and Knowledge: Possess a deep knowledge of various fabrics and materials, helping clients choose the best options based on their preferences and needs.
• Alterations and Repairs: Perform intricate alterations and repairs to men's clothing, including resizing, restyling, and reconditioning garments to meet customer requirements.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, ensuring every garment is finished to perfection before delivery to the client.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all client orders are completed on time and meet the brand's standards.
• Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service, tailoring expertise, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience as a master tailor with a specialization in men's clothing.
• Expert Tailoring Skills: Exceptional skills in pattern making, fitting, hand sewing, and machine sewing. Expertise in both traditional tailoring and modern techniques is highly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering impeccable craftsmanship.
• Fabric Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fabric types, textures, and their applications in tailoring.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fitting or design challenges efficiently and creatively.
• Passion for the Craft: A genuine passion for tailoring and an interest in staying updated with industry trends and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training in tailoring or related fields (apprenticeships, tailoring schools, etc.)
• Experience in managing or mentoring other tailors or apprentices.
• Familiarity with high-end luxury brands and bespoke tailoring.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

• New Palasia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
