Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch, alter, and repair garments as per client requirements and design specifications.
• Work with a variety of fabrics, including traditional and contemporary materials.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure a perfect fit for customers.
• Collaborate with designers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Keep the workspace organized and maintain sewing equipment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of tailoring experience, preferably in a boutique or premium garment setting.
• Expertise in both hand and machine stitching.
• Ability to work with traditional wear (like saree blouses, lehengas) and contemporary designs.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, patterns, and garment construction.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
