Design and Pattern Making
- Interpreting Designs: Understand and interpret design sketches and patterns created by fashion designers.
- Pattern Drafting: Create patterns for garments based on the designs and specifications provided.
- Modifications: Make necessary modifications to patterns to ensure a perfect fit and style.
- Fabric Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of various fabrics and materials used in women\'s western wear.
- Fabric Cutting: Accurately cut fabric pieces according to the pattern specifications.
- Sewing Techniques: Use different sewing techniques to construct garments, including stitching, hemming, and finishing.
- Garment Assembly: Assemble all pieces of the garment, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Detailing: Add details such as buttons, zippers, pockets, and embellishments as per the design.
- Inspection: Inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Corrections: Identify and correct any flaws or defects in the garments.
- Fitting Sessions: Conduct fitting sessions with models or clients to ensure the garment fits perfectly.
- Alterations: Make necessary alterations to achieve the desired fit and look
